Work consists of the mechanical and electrical refurbishment of Klondyke House (3 story office block) and South Dock House (single story). Services provided include air conditioning, ductwork, plumbing, perimeter heating as well and a complete electrical fitout of both houses. Installation commenced on site in May and is due to be complete in November
