The installation is now entering a commissioning phase at both the Maintenance Shed and the Wheel Lathe Heavy Clean Shed. The accommodation block in the MFB has been commissioned and handed over. Trains are expected to be available in October at which stage operational testing and commissioning of the Depot will commence. Currently we have 35 operatives on site which will continue until the end of August when the two main sheds are commissioned on temporary generated power.

Permanent AC power will be available from the end of August and permanent DC power on 20th September.
