Emico have been appointed by Meica to carry out the management, installation and test & commission of the mechanical and electrical services associated with the refurbishment of this 1960�s shopping centre. Currently this 3-story shopping centre is open to the elements. A roof is being installed to cover all communal areas including access to Southend Victoria Station. Lift and escalators will be installed to connect the station directly to the shopping centre. Work commenced in August and is due for completion in October �07
